Close your eyes and picture the scene: you’re relaxing on a sultry summer night, beads of condensation slowly trailing down a cool crisp glass of wine in your hand. The breeze carries along with its mouth-watering scents of late night eats and the strains of a lively band, livening up the night and urging your feet to take to the dance floor. This is the world of Azure Mists.
Sink in to this beguiling atmosphere and let flutist Cleo Leung and pianist Serene Yu take you on a journey through the history of the tango, a modern Latin jazz band jamming through Sambas, Rumbas, Bossa Novas and Merengovas, before settling into a jazz club in Paris to round out your evening. Don’t miss out on Azure Mists, June 14th and 15th at 7:30pm, at the Hong Kong City Hall Recital Hall.

If you want to perform well in the 76th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival, you will need the help from our professional pianists! We accompany solo instrumentalists (violinists, flutists, cellists, etc) and singers in competitions. We also welcome piano contestants to seek pre-competition guidance. Let’s celebrate Christmas with beautiful piano duets interpreted by our instructors! Experience the magic of Christmas and let your heart be touched by traditional Christmas carols in four-hand piano arrangement which you may find yourself singing along to. Also featured in the concert are four-hand gems by Franz Schubert and Claude Debussy.

是次鋼琴音樂會以奧地利作為主題，主要演奏獨奏作品，亦包括兩首四手聯彈歌。演奏歌曲由當地不同時代的作曲家創作，有傳統的莫札特及海頓作品、耳熟能詳的「藍色多瑙河」，和出自克熱內克之手顛覆傳統的無調音樂。當晚還有與觀眾互動的環節，萬勿錯過！

【Instructor Recital】
In this Austrian-themed solo piano concert, works composed by Austrian composers of different eras will be performed. You will hear traditional music by Mozart and Haydn, all-time favourite “The Blue Danube”, atonal music which is considered subversive, etc. The pianist will also interact with the audience in a special way. Tranquillo Studio X Pianini Edutainment
We are happy to announce our collaboration with Pianini Edutainment, a German company that produces playful music learning games for children. Their app Mukitoo is a playful tool for profound music education suitable for kids from 4 to 9 years old. It is also a popular app used by teachers and educators. The design follows a classical music curriculum and is based on a proven teaching method developed and used in music academies for many years. It covers all areas of a comprehensive music education including note-reading, understanding music theory, recognising music symbols and rhythm, and ear training. Mukitoo is designed to help children stay motivated and have fun by learning in a playful way. Children will receive professional instructions, feedback, and rewards from the in-app cartoon characters. Teachers and parents are able to check the children’s learning progress as well as learning difficulties encountered in the game.
